2026 Radiant / KZN BuildIt Competition – Terms &
Conditions

Competition Period: 27 March – 30 June 2026, as specified per
individual store, on the participating store posters. 

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the
2026 Radiant / KZN BuildIt Competition (“the
Competition”). By entering, all participants agree to be bound by
these T&Cs.

1. Promoter

The Competition is organised and conducted by Eurolux (Pty) Ltd (“the
Promoter”), registration number 2000/019019/07, with its principal
place of business at 72, 5th Street, Wynberg, Sandton, Johannesburg, South
Africa.

2. Competition Period

The Competition runs for a limited 3 month period within the 2026 year, as
specified on a store by store basis, according to the in store point of sale
communication. 

Entries received after the dates specified in store will not be
considered.

3. Stores Participating

This Competition is valid only at selected participating retail stores
across South Africa that stock Radiant Lighting products.
 

4. Who May Enter

  • The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or
    older.
  • The following persons may not enter the Competition:

    • Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of
      the Promoter;
    • Any suppliers or third-party service providers involved in
      administering the Competition;
    • Immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) of
      the above persons;
    • Employees, management, and immediate family members of the Eurolux
      Group, any associated or affiliated businesses, and the staff,
      management, owners, and agents of participating retail stores.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any
time.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter via the following method.

Buy Any Radiant Lighting floodlight and stand a chance to win a R1,000 cash
prize. 

  1. Purchase any Radiant floodlight from the participating store during the
    Competition Period.
  2. Write your name and mobile phone number on the till slip, and place it in
    the entry box provided. 
  3. Each valid till slip counts as one entry into the final draw.

Prizes:

  • 1 winner per competition, per participating store will receive a R1,000
    cash prize. 
  • Winners will be selected by lucky draw to be carried out at the store as
    specified on individual store posters
  • Draws will be randomised, independently supervised and managed by a
    Radiant and a store representative to ensure compliance with the Consumer
    Protection Act.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via mobile phone call.
  • The Promoter will make three (3) attempts to contact a winner over 48
    hours.
  • If contact cannot be made within this period, the winner will be
    disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn.
  • Winners may be required to provide:

    • Proof of identity (ID/Passport/Driver’s Licence);
    • Original till slip;
    • Any other reasonable verification documents.

Failure to supply required documents may result in disqualification.

8. Prize Details & Payment

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted
    for any other item or benefit.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.

9. POPIA & Privacy

  • By entering the Competition, participants consent to the Promoter
    processing their personal information solely for purposes of conducting
    and administering the Competition, in line with the Protection of Personal
    Information Act (POPIA).
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where
    necessary for winner verification or prize fulfilment.
  • Winners will be asked for optional consent to allow the Promoter to
    publish their name and/or winning entry for marketing purposes. Declining
    will not affect their eligibility or receipt of the prize.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
  • Submits illegible, altered, incomplete, or fraudulent till slips;
  • Attempts to interfere with or manipulate the Competition.
  • Has previously won more than once in the 3 month period. 

The Promoter’s decision regarding disqualification is final.

11. General

  • Participation is subject to the purchase to enter mechanism. Each valid
    till slip entry counts equally.
  • The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if necessary
    due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
  • The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of the Competition is final,
    and no correspondence will be entered into.
