Store Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Eurolux Group (Pty) Ltd, representing its brands Eurolux and Radiant, in partnership with participating distributor stores across South Africa.
  2. Competition Period
    A series of competitions will run between June and December 2025, with specific start and end dates clearly indicated on in-store promotional material. Each competition will run for a period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks, as communicated in participating stores.
  3. Who Can Enter
    The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older with a valid RSA ID or passport. Employees, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter, Eurolux Group, or the participating distributor stores are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must purchase Eurolux or Radiant participating products to a minimum value of R150 (or as otherwise specified on in-store promotional posters) at a participating distributor store during the competition period.
    Participants must complete the entry process as indicated in-store, which may include adding their name and cell phone number to a valid till slip.
    Each qualifying purchase equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.
  5. Prize Details
    Each participating store will supply one or more store-specific prize voucher(s). Prize details, including the value and quantity of vouchers, will be displayed on in-store promotional posters and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner(s) for each store competition will be randomly drawn by the store or its appointed representative by the date indicated on the in-store promotional material.
    Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 working days, the store reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
  7. Publicity Consent
    By entering, participants agree that their name and/or photograph may be used by the Promoter or participating store for promotional purposes related to the competition, unless the participant expressly declines.
  8. General Conditions
  • Proof of purchase must be retained and may be required to claim a prize.
  • The Promoter and participating stores reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any that do not meet the terms or appear to involve fraud or manipulation.
  • The decision of the Promoter or the relevant store representative is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter and participating stores are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or prize redemption, except where required by law.
  1. Data Protection
    All personal information will be used solely for administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Participants may request access to or correction of their personal data.
  2. Jurisdiction
    This competition is conducted in accordance with South African law and is subject to all applicable legislation including the Consumer Protection Act.
